Memorial Trees & Benches

If you have lost a loved one and would like to honor them with a memorial tree or bench, please CLICK HERE for our memorial form.  Trees and benches can be placed in either Memorial Park or Abner Longley Park.  We plant trees in the Spring and Fall.

*We are currently maxed out with trees in Memorial Park, until further notice.  Trees can be planted at Abner Longley Park or Hot Pond Park.

- Memorial Tree:  $250.00 *There is an additional cost for a tree plaque, which are ordered through Leedy's Trophy Center.

- Memorial Bench: $1,500.00

Once the form is filled out, please call the Parks Office at 765-482-8860 and we will assist you with payment and further instructions.
