5 Year Master Plan Survey

The Lebanon Parks Department is seeking public input for our next 5 year Master Plan. The 2022-2027 Master Plan is being developed to both guide decisions about park development for the next five years and to remain eligible for grant opportunities. This plan illustrates the continuing effort of the Board of Park Commissioners to provide a well-balanced system of parks and recreation opportunities for all residents. Please help us out by taking this questionnaire. We welcome your comments and suggestions. Printed copies of the questionnaire are also available at our office in Memorial Park for those who need one. For more information contact us at the department offices.
